An invention disclosure was submitted by Dr. Brian Davis, Associate Dean of Engineering and Professor of Mechanical Engineering, and PhD student Ghazal Mashhadiagha titled “AI-Guided Arterial Mapping and Anomaly Detection Device for Aesthetic and Reconstructive Procedures.”
This technology introduces an AI-guided, handheld imaging device that provides instant visual mapping of facial arteries using biomimicry-inspired pattern recognition. Designed specifically for cosmetic injectors, it simplifies safety, improves outcomes, and enhances confidence without requiring ultrasound expertise or complex setup. |
